Training of Trainers (TOT)
After publication of Tibetan Maternal and Child Health System Resource Textbooks, THF will invite 25 to 30 Tibetan physicians, teachers and scholars to the Birth Center in Rebkong to review these new textbooks and create a standard training curriculum for training Tibetan community midwives in the Tibetan regions. Training includes providing trainers with a step-by-step curriculum and course design for delivering trainingto trainers of healthcare services providers such as community midwives, health educators and facility-based healthcare providers.
